For a young business, although having a strong
background of experience and expertise, receiving
acknowledgements for its work is very important.
In a very short time, Nuraghe Crabioni winery
has proven to be successful at both local and
national level.
At Vinitaly 2011, the most outstanding wine fair in the world, Cannonau
and Sussinku received the Honourable Mention at the important
International Wine Competition.
Great satisfaction came from the prestigious Sommelier Wine Awards
London where Cannonau and Sussinku were awarded the gold medal
(Gold List 2012) from the Italian Touring Club selection “Vini buoni
d’Italia” where 2012 Sussinku received the Crown.
In 2013 Nuraghe Crabioni gained credit overseas as well. Wine&Spirits
and Wine Spectator, two of the most important US wine magazines, rated
Cannonau 2010 as the best wine of the year for southern Italy and isles
and rewarded the winery with very high scores.
The critics’ opinions are excellent and sectorial magazines flatter and
gratify, in 2012 the Italian Touring Club “Vini buoni d’Italia” awarded
Sussinku the Crown, but the final recognition for Nuraghe Crabioni
winery came from the outstanding exploit in the prestigious Guida
Espresso 2013 and 2014 where Sussinku and Kanimari are recognized
as wines of excellence and together with Moscato Sorso-Sennori rank
among the best wines of Sardegna.
