Community Provider Association’s 2015 Annual Fall Conference Leadership in Long Term Supports and Services: Shaping Our System to Meet Today’s Challenges November 16-17, 2015 L’Auberge Casino Resort Baton Rouge, Louisiana Invitation to Vendors and Exhibitors Community Provider Association’s 2015 Annual Fall Conference The Community Provider Association (CPA) invites you to participate as an exhibitor in this year’s fall conference at the L’Auberge Casino Resort in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The conference is scheduled for November 16th- November 17th, 2015. Professional sessions, keynote speakers, legislators, policy makers, and state officials will attract long term care providers from the entire state of Louisiana. Conference attendees include buyers and decision makers who are: business owners/company executives, representatives of managed care organizations, support coordinators, direct support professionals, social workers, and administrators. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to meet face-to-face with our state’s premier providers of long term supports and services, legislators, and other policy makers who collectively shape our service delivery system! General Information Conference Facility The L’Auberge Casino Resort is located on the bank of the Mississippi River and has over 13,000 square feet of exquisite, flexible meeting and conference space. This grand casino is six miles from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. Directions FROM LAFAYETTE Travel I-10 East towards Baton Rouge. Take Exit 155A for LA-30/Nicholson Drive. Follow LA-30 S. /Nicholson Drive. Turn Right onto L'Auberge Crossing Drive and follow the signs to L'Auberge Baton Rouge. FROM HAMMOND Travel I-12 West towards Baton Rouge. Take Exit 1A to I-10 East towards New Orleans. Take Exit 162A Right onto Bluebonnet. Turn Right on LA-30 N./Nicholson Drive.
