BISCUIT WRAPPERS
We can accept :
plastic biscuit wrappers (NOT silver-lined) from ANY brand of sweet
biscuits (not savoury), such as Bourbons, Rich Tea, custard creams,
Digestive, Jammy Dodgers - plus the inner and outer wrappers of biscuits
such as: Penguins, Rocky, Wagon Wheels, including supermarket own
brands similar to any of these. Just collect a carrier bag full then email
recycling@elliesfund.com and ask for a ‘biscuit label’ please. We’ll email
one to you within 3 working days.
CLEANING PRODUCT TOPS
We can accept :
plastic washing up bottle tops, cleaning fluid nozzle tops from trigger
bottles (such as Cillit Bang, bathroom, kitchen and oven cleaners),
bleach lids, and cleaning wipe packets.
Just collect a carrier bag full then email recycling@elliesfund.com and
ask for a ‘cleaning label’. We’ll email to you within 3 working days.
BABY FOOD POUCHES
We can accept :
empty plastic baby food pouches (any brand), and Ella’s Kitchen wrappers.
When you’ve collected 100 pouches (leave the lids on) and wrappers,
email us at recycling@elliesfund.com and ask for a ‘food label’. We’ll
email one to you within 3 working days.
INK CARTRIDGES & MOBILE PHONES
We can accept :
any mobile phones (working or not), and inkjet cartridges (must be
inkjet), and only these brands please: HP, Dell, Lexmark, Canon, Samsung,
Neopost and Brother. They mustn't have been refilled.
Collect any 5 of the listed brands of cartridge and/or any mobile phones,
then email recycling@elliesfund.com and we’ll POST you a freepost bag
to send them off in, so please include your address. We receive £1 per ink
cartridge (but only for those listed above), and half the value of the phone.
Please request a bag ONLY when you’re ready to send off 5 items.
WRITING INSTRUMENTS
We can accept :
ALL writing instruments (except wooden pencils and crayons) regardless of
their brand or material - ballpoint pens, felt tips, markers, highlighters,
mechanical pencils - and correction fluid bottles too. We’ll get 2p per item if
you send 1000 items (10kg) at once - just email recycling@elliesfund.com
and ask for a 'writing label', stating how many you have. Thank you!
TASSIMO TDISCS & FOIL WRAPPERS
We can accept :
Tassimo T-discs (used capsules) and the outer foil packaging. Just collect
15kg and collection will be from your home address – alternatively you can
pay to post them to the charity address. Email recycling@elliesfund.com
