Wedding
Suites
We have a choice of inspirational and unique
rooms for your civil marriage.
Arrangements will need to be made by yourself with
Rotherham Registry Office - 01709 823 542.
Colonial Suite
This luxurious room has unrivalled views over the hotel
grounds, with large draped windows offering natural daylight
and a feeling of sheer opulence. Our magnificent suite seats
up to 275 guests for a large wedding breakfast and 350
guests for the evening reception. Equipped with its own bar,
air conditioning and dance floor, the Colonial suite offers
privacy in stylish surroundings.
Marquees
Bramley Suite
The most versatile of arrangements would be your own
personalised marquee placed in the stunning hotel grounds.
A marquee would be exclusive to you and your guests
and can seat between 100 and 250 guests for a wedding
breakfast - prices available on request.
This luxurious suite seats 120 guests for your wedding
breakfast and 150 for evening reception, beautifully
decorated to compliment your own arrangements for
your special day.
Garden Suite
This elegant suite provides a more intimate wedding for 80
guests and up to 100 guests for your evening reception with
superb views of the landscaped gardens.

Accommodation
Packages
Let us at Hellaby Hall Hotel, take care of all
your accommodation requirements.
We have 89 spacious bedrooms to accommodate your
guests. All our bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, flat
screen TV’s and free use of all leisure facilities.
The Fretwell Suite
Our luxury Fretwell Suite in the main building overlooks our
landscaped gardens and features a fabulous carved four
poster bed, with period furniture and a spacious lounge area.
The bathroom boasts a large freestanding bath and a walk
in shower with the added luxury of under floor heating, a
perfect room for your wedding night!
Standard & Executive Rooms
Our standard rooms are spacious with modern amenities and
ensuite bathrooms for your guests, we offer double, twin and
family rooms. Executive rooms are also available with king
size beds at a supplement.
Guests attending your wedding will receive preferential
overnight accommodation rates for your wedding.
Make a weekend of it and stay two nights with your second
night for half price!
Hellaby & Morrell Rooms
Situated in the manor house, the spacious rooms both
have a super king size bed with luxurious furnishings, large
traditional bathrooms with luxury toiletries. A romantic haven
for your wedding night!

swimming pool in South Yorkshire with all the
added facilities of a gym and spa.

Fretwell Spa
Experience the ultimate indulgence in the run up to your
special day. Our spa team can help ease your stress with
massages, facials and internationally recognized Gelish Nails.
The beauty therapists use a unique blend of natural skincare
and luxury products from Espa, an internationally successful
product range with therapeutic benefits of aromatherapy
and hydrotherapy which soothes and nourishes skin.
We have a range of packages available for you and your
bridesmaids. Whether it be an ultimate bridal package or
just to have your nails manicured, we can make you feel like
the most beautiful bride for your most memorable day!
We offer special packages for bride and grooms for our gym
and spa. We can also tailor make a package that fits to your
individual requirements.
Bodyscene Gym
We have personal trainers in our gym at the hotel, who can
offer a 12 week programme to make you feel fabulous in the
lead up to your special day.
Classes or one to one training can be arranged to suit you.

Choose favours and gifts for guests who have helped
Confirm your venue - Make an appointment with
your wedding co-ordinator
Amend your guest list using invitation replies
Book photographer and / or videographer
Make your appointment to confirm details at the hotel
Book cars or any other transport

Make hairdressers / beauty salon appointments
Order invitations and stationery
Decide on bridesmaids, best man and ushers to
help you plan your special day
Three weeks before:
Confirm final number of guests to the hotel
Order wedding cake
Six months to go:
Confirm details with photographer, car hire etc
Choose your wedding dress and accessories
Choose complementing bridesmaid dresses
Once you have decided on the theme and colour,
it’s time to pick your flowers for both your bouquet
and for the reception
The bridegroom traditionally arranges suit hire for
best man, ushers and fathers
Give florist total number of button holes and
addresses to be delivered
Write thank you letters for presents as they arrive and
make a note of ‘who sent what’ for future reference
Final fittings for wedding dress
Final balance to be settled with the hotel
