The Fahrer family is settled in Orschwiller since the XVIIth Century and
practices activities related to wine growing since that time. In the early
60s, Charles Fahrer created his own brand and transformed his mixedfarming holding into an exclusively wine-growing company. The estate
is today at the hands of his son Thierry and his wife Nathalie.
They have made the choice of an environment-friendly winegrowing.
Putting grass in the vineyard and tillage are the key components of
their farming methods. They allow indigenous flora and fauna to
create a balanced environment and favor the expression of terroir.
After manually picking the grapes from the vines and sorting them
directly on the vineyard, they carry out a soft and slow pressing in
order to preserve the whole grape. The fermentations are realized
from natural yeast and the ageing on the lees are extended to the
maximum to allow wines to age, to enhance their bouquet and to
express the personality of the land they come from.

Spread over 24 hectares in the
Grand
Cru
appellation,
the
vineyard consists of 30 plots worked
according to their characteristics
and
harvested
successively
depending on the maturity of the
grains. Traditional winemaking
methods and fragmented initiated
with the support of Bruno Lacoste
Lab oenologist Michel Rolland,
promote the natural development
of the land and expression of the
richness of the soil and mature
vines with an average age of 35 year
old. Respect for the environment is
an integral part of our philosophy.
Delicate, complex, with nice fruit
flavors and great elegance, the
wines of Château Saint Pey has a
cover 8 to 15 years.

Champagne Tribaut Schloesser was founded in
1929 in the heart of the Champagne region, in
Romery. For 4 generations the Tribaut Family has
maintained his passion and expertise to produce
impressively delicate and refined Champagnes.
Our vineyards of 25 hectares are located in the
best terroirs between the Montagne de Reims
and the Marne Valley, close to Epernay and
Hautvillers (next to the famous Abbey of Dom
Perignon). It’s also complete by 15 hectares of
grapes that we are buying from small vinegrowers
in famous terroirs (such as Aÿ, Eceuil, Damery).

The Champagne Veuve Olivier
is a family-owned estate created
in 1922 and is today managed
by Sandrine Olivier with the help
of her parents. The range of
Champagnes is large and comes
exclusively from the grapes of
the estate. Sandrine Olivier wants
to increase the share of export
sales and has felt the necessity to
develop simultaneously several
brands in order to have a better
market coverage of customers
in target countries. She joined
with a neighbouring friend of her estate who made available his brand : Champagne
M.Brismontier Huet, which was also created in 1922. The technical means have also been
pooled to have a perfect homogeneity of the wines and their sales.

The Bellier Family has been
winegrower in the Vineuil district
from father to son. Over the
génération they have built up a
vineyard of some 40 ha, producing
high quality AOC Cheverny white,
rose, red & AOC Cour-Cheverny
white wine.
The vine-growing areas of Terrebrune are
set next to the South of the fertile Loire
Valley. The Domaine was created in 1986
and was managed by two experienced
associates Alain Bouleau and Patrice
Laurendeau. Now, this is Nicolas Bouleau
who manages all aspects of the domain.
Our methods are both environmentally
friendly and efficient in that we make use
of the most recent, highly developed
technological innovations whilst taking
care to preserve our natural heritage.

My wine-farm is family run and is located at Mouzillon at 20 km
on the South of Nantes on the Loire Valley.
Encouraged by my father and grand father’s know-how,
I decided to continue a traditional culture of vines to preserve
genuineness soil and conserve the Muscadet specificity.
Twenty years ago, Chantal and
Jean
created
their
estates.
Maroussia, their younger daughter
aged of 30 started to work with
them in 2010. Together, they grow
30 hectares of vines of AOC Quincy
and AOC Reuilly and produced 180
to 220 000 bottles.
My domain has a size of 34 Ha shared between 2 very different
soils:
• On its granite and schist hill-side, for the Muscadet Sèvre et
Maine Sur Lie “Domaine du Moulin”
•
On clay for the Muscadet Sèvre et Maine “Les Roches

Organically grown since 1997, our
25 ha domain is made up at 100%
with Melon de Bourgogne. Our
wine is aged on its lees, partly in old
oak barrel with low sulphur added.
It brings us a round and fruity wine,
nice to drink for wine lovers as well
as beginners.
Domaine du Tariquet is a family
owned estate which belongs to the
Grassa family since 1912. It is the
largest independent single estate
in France.
As “propriétaire-récoltant” (wine
grower), all our wines and BasArmagnacs are produced from our
1125 hectares vineyards (100 of
which are dedicated exclusively to
the Bas-Armagnac production) and
are estate bottled.
