Used EB 101 lessons to understand energy balance and assess school needs. Surveyed students to determine what goals will be; brainstormed strategies to help meet the goals. Wrote letters to local businesses to get fruit and vegetable donations. Developed a “physical activity homework menu” for students to pick from. Created a video for the students and parents to be posted on the school web page explaining the program. Collected and shared data with school community.
