Entry Information
There is a $5 registration fee per quilt
entered for display. Enter 5 quilts for $20. Each
quilt entered will receive one ticket to
be put in the drawing to win a sewing
machine donated by The Presser Foot.
**Limited to the first 150 entries**
You will need to complete one registration form for
each quilt entered in the show. You may make photo
copies of this form as needed.
• Quilts must be in final quilted stage, no tops please.
• Each quilt MUST be in a pillow case or cloth bag
with your name, address and phone number
attached. NO PLASTIC GARBAGE BAGS.
• Quilt forms and fees must be received no later than
June 13, 2015 by 4 p.m.
• All quilts must have a permanent label with name,
address and phone number sewn on the back.
Quilt, Art & Craft Show. It is a one-time fee of $10.
Please bring your sales tax license with you to this
event.
There is a $5 fee to display the quilt and for all
quilts sold there is a 10% commission fee. The Berthoud Area Chamber of Commerce will collect the
money for the quilts sold and deduct the commission
and issue a check to the quilt owner. When the quilt
is sold, the pillowcase will go with the sold quilt.
Checks may be picked up on June 26.
Vendor Spaces Available
If you are interested in being a vendor at this event
and selling your quilts or other crafts you make,
please download the Vendor Application form from
our website. The vendor fee is $50 for non-chamber
members and $40 for chamber members. You can find

Craft Show.

Berthoud Area Chamber of Commerce at

Quilt Drop Off
Quilts for display will need to be delivered to
Laughing Ladies Quilting (349 Massachusetts Ave.,
Berthoud, Colo.) on either June 12 or June 13 from 10
a.m. to 4 p.m.
Quilt Pick Up
June 26 or 27 at Laughing Ladies Quilting (349
Massachusetts Ave., Berthoud) from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Rain Out Date
June 27, 2015 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Quilt Selling Information
If you are interested in selling any quilts, you must
obtain a city sales tax license from the Town of Berthoud. You can find this form on our website at www.
