General Terms of Business
§ 1 Validity
These general terms of business are valid for BAUMAXI GmbH and its customers.
§ 2 Prices
Our prices include packaging. The consignment is not insured unless otherwise stated.
§ 3 Terms of payment
We allow a two percent cash discount for payment within ten days, otherwise we expect
payment of the net price within twenty days.
Additional discounts are only possible through written arrangements.
In the case of late payment, we are forced to charge you interest on arrears.
§ 4 Reservation of ownership
Until full payment, the goods remain property of BAUMAXI GmbH. In case of not paying on
time or any other contract violation, BAUMAXI GmbH is allowed to reclaim all goods which
have been delivered but not paid for by the customer.
§ 5 Terms of delivery
a) Delivery dates:
Delivery within Austria:
2 weeks
Delivery within EU and Europe:
3 weeks
Delivery to USA, Canada, Asia, Australia:
6 weeks
Please note that the delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Should there be any problems with
the delivery, you will be informed immediately.
b) Delivery costs
We charge a € 10/order delivery fee.
For orders exceeding € 1,000 (excl. VAT), the delivery of the articles is free of charge.
c) Packaging
Packaging is free.
