REGISTRATION I\NFORMATION \Vard or stake ]eaders are encouraged to coordinate group registrations for their youth. Howevel; individual registrations can be made also. Preregistration ends Friday, January 26, 2007, at 5:00 p.m. Tickets will be mailed within one week of the order date through January 26,2007. After January 26, tickets must be purchased at the door on a space-available basis. Tickets al'e not required for leaders of youth. Please order tickets in one of the following ways: 1. Telephone: Call 801-422-8925 between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (MDT) and ask the operator for the Santa Barbara Best of EFY. Payment must be made at the time of the caB by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. 3. Mail-in: If you must pay by cheJk, please mail in your registration. Send a check payable to CES-CE along with your name, address, daytime phone uUlnbel; and number of tickets requested to Santa Bal'bara Best of FY, PO Box 21507, 295 Harman Continuing Education Building, Provo, UT 846021507. NOTE: We recommend early ]'egistration due to limited seating capacity and high demand for this program. Refunds: Hefund requests must be made in writing with tickets attached and received by J:<)-iday, January 26, 2007. A $10 processing fee applies to every group refund request. Hefund requests received after January 26, 2007, wilJ not be honored. BEST OF ESPECIALLY FOn YOUTH is aCES Continuing Education program designed to help youth strengthen their testimonies, read and study the scriptures, increase their self~respect, gain a desire to serve, seek thc saving ordinances of the gospel, and deal with today's challenges. All youth, member and nonmembcJ; ages 12 to 18 arc invited to attend. LOS standards must be obscrved while attending.
