When hosting your wedding at the Club, you and your guests are welcome to the use of the entire Club exclusively. WEDDING TASTING: The Bride and Groom may dine at the Club and enjoy a complimentary wedding menu tasting. The tasting will include 2 appetizers, 2 entrées and 2 desserts of your choice along with our private label wine. Additional guests are welcome to join the tasting and will be charged the full price of the meal. ADDITIONAL PRIVATE ROOMS: The Bride and Groom will each have their own suite for them and their wedding party. You are welcome to access the rooms as early as 9:00a.m. the morning of the wedding. TESTIMONIAL CEREMONY REHEARSAL: You and your wedding party are welcome to have a ceremony rehearsal at the Club based on availability. “Dear April, We wanted to thank you. OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATIONS: When you host your wedding at the Club, you are entitled to receive our corporate rate at the King Edward Hotel, located just steps from the Albany Club. King Edward Hotel rates start at $209. All the guests who have spoken to us loved the atmosphere of the Albany Club and they praised the dinner and canapés before hand. The steak and salmon were cooked to perfection. The pear and stilton PICTURES Take advantage of the beautiful gardens at the St. James Cathedral, located across the Club. You may also take pictures anywhere throughout the Club, including the rooftop patio. ROOM DECOR The Club offers white damask linen for all tables, fresh cut flowers and votive candles that are placed around the Club. If you wish to have more elaborate floral arrangements, drapery or chair covers, please refer to our vendor list. 3 tart was a hit along with the berries in the dark chocolate cup. All the staff were so courteous and so fast and accurate with the serving of the meal. We will certainly recommend the Albany Club. Kudos to all of you!” Caitlin & Dale, 100 guests Married February 2014 MENU SELECTION When selecting your menu, you are entitled to 2 entrée selections plus a vegetarian option at no extra charge. If you wish to have more selections a $5 per person charge will be applied. Prices listed throughout the package do not include taxes and service charges. QUANTITY GUARANTEES of each selection is required 3 business days prior to the event. If selections are not submitted at that time, a $5.00 per person charge will be applied. For MULTIPLE ENTRÉE OPTIONS, you are required to have place cards for each guest at the table. The place cards must have an entrée indicator on them stating what the guest will be eating. The catering manager is happy to personally place the cards on the tables for you if provided with a floor plan and names of each guests and their table numbers. Menu Pricing (Prices do not include tax & service charges) PLACE CARDS may be made by the Club if information is provided 3 business days prior. (Names of guests, entrée selections & table numbers) If you wish to do this, a charge of $2.50 per person will apply. DIETARY RESTRICTIONS can be accommodated and must be confirmed 3 business days prior to the event. Kosher meals are THREE COURSE MENU $67 per person Includes 3 canapés per person for cocktail hour, choice of soup or available but not prepared in house – we require 3 business days appetizer, entrée, dessert notice. A list of guests with dietary restrictions is required as well coffee & tea as the table where they will be seated. It is recommended to have something on their place card to identify them to the serving staff. FOUR COURSE MENU $ 78 per person Includes 3 canapés per person for cocktail hour, choice of soup, appetizer, entrée, dessert, coffee & tea 4 OPENING FEE & MISC. CHARGES: The Club venue rental fee is $1600 for Saturday and Sunday weddings. A 25% discount is applied to members or member referrals. Finally, the catering manager was very helpful and flexible throughout the planning process while ensuring we remained on budget.
