TJM Products Pty Ltd began operation in QLD in 1973. The three
founders; Lloyd Taylor, Cliff Jones and Steve Mollenhauer came
together and pooled their ideas and passion to form a manufacturing
business with one goal in mind; to build quality engineered 4WD

It can be concluded that as a result of the crash testing (for ADR69 type
collisions) witnessed by my that the installation of the TJM bar does not
detrimental effect the normal operation of the airbag triggering system on the
vehicle.
A report on this test is held by TJM Products Pty Ltd.
As the exact airbag triggering algorithm was not available for this particular
vehicle model at the time of testing, it would be reasonable to assum that this
SRS (Supplementary Restraining System) airbag triggering system has one
of the KNOWN sensing devices, which does not activae the airbag below a
certain “g” deceleration (given in the report) during greater than 2 milliseconds
duration.
The bar tested, did not have a maximum crumpling rate in excess of this “g”
deceleration during greater than 2ms duration when dynamically tested and
therefore is suitable for installation on the airbag equipped vehicle described
above.
NOTE: Toyota Landcruiser 100 Series 02+ Coil TJM T13 steel frontal protection
bar with 3/4 side bars and side steps is comparable design to Toyota Landcruiser
100 Series 02+ IFS TJM T13 steel frontal protection bar with 3/4 side bars and
side steps (Test No 1064, Test Date 15.12.04).

TJM Steel Tube Wrap Around Rear Bars, constructed in 50mm tube, are designed to provide
additional protection to pick-ups. Featuring a useful tread plate step these rear bars also
incorporate a class 4 heavy duty towbar certified to ADR62. Each bar is sand blasted, then
pretreated with a zinc phosphate to prevent rusting and then polyester powder coated in black.

Replacement Rear Bar, designed to fit with most popular Class 4 towbars. Constructed from
steel plate, the TJM Replacement Rear Bars are finished in black powder-coat, or as an option,
painted to match the vehicle. The tread plate step on top of the bumper makes for easy access
to the rear of the vehicle or roof rack. ADR, DOT and ECE approved stop, tail and turn signal
lights with wiring looms are supplied.

Original leaf springs are considered by some to be harsh riding, and often sag with age or
when under constant load. TJM XGS 4WD Suspension resolves these problems with heavy
duty springs of multi-leaf design. Australian made, using high grade steel, each spring is prestressed to eliminate the possibility of sagging. TJM XGS Springs are available in either medium
or heavy duty load carrying capacities.

the Polyair Spring further assists in solving suspension
problems and greatly improves handling, ride height and
stability of your vehicle. A pressure increase of between 5
to 25psi (Polyair) and 5 to 100psi (Bellows) will give a load
increase of between 10 to 60%.

An ADR approved, LED, centre high mounted brake light is also

Anti-Abrasive Tape - Over a period of time movement between the
canopy rear door and the vehicle tailgate may cause the tailgate
paint to rub. Prevent this from occuring with TJM’s 30mm wide clear
Anti-Abrasive Tape.

TJM PRO LOCKER
air locking differential
The TJM Pro Locker is an air-operated differential lock that, when fitted and engaged using
compressed air, allows you to have equal drive to both wheels.
Pro Locker works by engaging a locking ring over one axle gear which locks the gear to the
carrier and immobilizes the differential pinion gears, giving you equal drive to both wheels,
allowing you to tackle the toughest terrain.
A FEW ADVANTAGES OF USING THE TJM PRO LOCKER ARE:

Unique air operated piston style actuator aims to eliminate the risk of oil being pumped up the airline.

Hardened thrust washers and the size of the locking ring make Pro Locker extremely strong in operation.

TJM has a range of electric winches to suit almost any need. The electric winch range can easily be
fitted into any winch compatible bar and feature a positive braking mechanism to prevent the winch
from allowing a vehicle to slide back down a hill when the user is not engaging the winch.

The power and strength of the OX Hydraulic Winch is harnessed through the vehicle’s hydraulic
system. The unique solenoid valve overides the winching function should a change in steering
direction be required. The hydraulic system allows the winch to operate for extended periods under
load, providing constant and smooth recovery power. The patented two-speed OX winch allows for
fast rope retrieval on one-speed while the other speed provides strong recovery capacity.

primary or backup winch. Capable of 2500kg pull & 1600 kg lift, this strong and durable
accessory will help you to get out of sticky situations. The winch comes with 20 meters of

1. Fitting a TJM Airtec Snorkel means the air supply is drawn from roof level providing cooler and cleaner
air to the engine.
2. Because the air supply is drawn from roof level, dust is not as thick and plentiful as in the engine bay
or inner guard. This will help extend the life of the air cleaner element, therefore reducing the wear of vital
components.
3. With the positively sealed TJM Airtec Snorkel, well above water level, you can expect worry-free water
crossings.
4. When driving along the open road, the TJM Airtec Snorkel creates what’s known as a ram air effect, that
has often been found to increase engine performance.

TJMs range of F.U.G’s are made from steel which is pre-treated in zinc phosphate to prevent
rusting then powdercoated in black. Care is taken to ensure the steel plate is bent and mounted
in the right manner to make it as strong as possible.
