Trap-NeuterReturn Program This is the humane and responsible way for neighborhoods to manage community cats. Life for homeless kittens and cats is unbearably hard. It is recommended that the trap be secured with a chain and lock to prevent possible theft. A $75 refundable deposit is required. A check or credit card number will be held on deposit, and not cashed or processed unless the trap is not returned. An ear tip will be performed by the Veterinarian to identify cats already sterilized.
