Please give David or Maureen a call if you’d like to hear more about our quote-bind-print point-of-sale system. Dave Lyons and Maureen Hewitt While we’re applauding our CUS and CPLUS teams, it’s high time we give someone special much-deserved and long overdue credit. Since our business was launched in 1996, when there were only three of us in this office – we’re not quite sure how many bodies work here now – the backbone of the organization, the individual who has kept our heads above water and in the game, has been Gail Smith, our tireless office manager. For 18 years Gail has consistently gone beyond the call to support the service levels we feel are so important to achieve and maintain. But unlike 18 years From the May 2014 edition of InsurancePeople ago, she is no longer alone. Today she manages a team that includes longtime employees Josie Tumamak and Peih Cheng Sia. Our thanks to Gail and the efforts of her team. In our eyes, theirs has been a gold medal performance. Finally, our thanks to you, the insurance broker, for the opportunity over the years to prove that a good product and good service are still the important ingredients needed to grow and maintain a happy client base. Please give our team coaches a call and see for yourselves why, in our eyes, they all belong on the podium. IP
