DIRECTIONS
From Callington proceed towards Gunnislake/Tavistock on the A390 passing
through St. Ann's Chapel. After approximately 3 miles, take the second right turn
signposted to Albaston and Calstock. Follow this road into Calstock where, after
passing the railway station, turn right within 200 yards signposted Lower Kelly.
Follow this road to the end where the tarmac surface gives way to a track and
continue where the property will be found at the end on the right hand side
accessed via a bridge over the stream.
