WSBBA is a satellite of the national Beefmaster registry, Beefmaster Breeders United. Our membership covers the 11 western states. The cattle that have been consigned to this sale represent the genetics of a number of the WSBBA members, and are offered here to both the purebred producer as well as the backbone of our industry, the commercial cattleman. Beefmasters used in a crossbreeding program will benefit commercial producers through higher weight gains, reduction of the incidence of Pink Eye, more heat tolerance, more feed efficiency and better dispositions. In Beefmaster-cross females retained as replacements, there will be better fertility and milk production. All of these benefits were derived through the development of the breed by adhering to the Six Essentials – Weight, Conformation, Milk Production, Fertility, Hardiness, and Disposition, all highly important economic traits. For more information about Beefmasters, visit Beefmaster Breeders United online at www.beefmasters.org. Also, for more information about Western States Beefmaster Breeders Association and a directory of WSBBA members visit us online at www.wsbba.org. We appreciate your interest in Beefmaster cattle and look forward to seeing you in Dinuba for this, our third annual sale.
