Festival of Songs 2016
Festival packages
 Travel expenses, accomodation and meals during festival stay are paid by choir including
accompaniment persons and bus drivers. The organisers reserve the right to provide accomodation and
meals during festival stay by ordering festival stay package. The organizers for accomodation and
dinning purposes have at disposals all available capacities. Festival stay package is compulsory per
each participant listed. All festival packages including Festival Pass. Festival Pass is compulsory per
each participant listed.
 Choirs may choose between large scale of stay packages.










Festival stay packages are provided in more types of accomodation categories. Specific details are
described in the description of package.
It s possible to order individual variation of package package (more days, less days and individual
wishes). For detailed informations please contact organisers.
Different stay packages including different services, services may be added on request.
Capacity of accomodation in different categories is limited. By priority of reservations date of
application dispatch will be taken into account.
In case that capacity of required accomodation will be exceeded, option of different type of
accomodation will be offered.
There is a exclusive tourist guide included in all packages (except Bed & breakfast package). The
tourist guide is responsible of the choir`s comfort and will be available during whole festival stay.
English, German, French, Spanish and Russian tourguides may be choosen.
Some packages include trip with transport during the trip. Organiser arrange the bus for the trip (max
55 person). If the choir uses own bus the price of package may be lowered.
Organiser offers large scale of trips & excursions. The variation of trip included in the festival package
is to discuss with organiser.
Transportation is not included in stay packages (expect trips with bus).
Organiser offers airport transfers, bus transportatinon and train tickets on request.

Location:
The hotel is situated right opposite the Main railway station,
approximately 0,5km away from the Main bus station and there
is a very easy connection to the highway towards Prague, Brno
and Ostrava. There is a bus / tram stop right next to the hotel for
fast connection to the city center.

Location:
The Hotel is under construction now and will be finished in March 2015. The hotel will be situated on Lipenská
street, which is about 30 minutes by walk from the city centre, but 5 minutes from the main bus and main train
station. There is also a tram station right next to the hotel. There is also en easy connection from Ostrava, Brno
and Prague.
