Tool Changer
The
standard ROTO offers three axis machining of
wood, aluminium, PVC, vinyl and composite materials
up to 7000mm in length. With HSD electro spindles and
auto tool changers the processing of 2D and 3D components can be achieved.

is clamped by pneumatic jaws that can be
programmed and positioned to ensure ergonomic tool
paths.
As
standard the Y axis stroke is 300mm (1250mm
ROTO W). This capacity considers machining on both
sides and the top (XYZA Axis).
We integrate the HSD multi axis head for four and five
axis machining (A-C Axis). This offers the ability to machine on both sides, top and
bottom of the material without re-clamping or manual adjustments.
