KONDRAT Selected wines is a new wine project of Marek Kondrat.
The company, which is the result of deliberate choice,
is meant to help others in making their own wine choices.
Through conversations, savouring, workshops and travels,
intends to retell the history of wine one more time,
to make it available to us in an attractive, but understandable and accessible way.
Wine means a story, history of man and emotions.
It is our pleasure to be the only business partner
of KONDRAT Selected Wines in Nysa area.

Miselle Colombard-Gros manseng Cotes de Gascogne VdP
White dry French wine from Gascony
White dry French wine from Gascony created form the
following wine grafts: colombard and gross manseng.
Surprisingly pleasant wine of very distinctive smell for
everyday use. It is based on local, little-know, Gascony
varieties. thus it is a surprise, and a really nice one, for all
who are tired of the ordinary nature of chardonnay. The
wine assures a really sensual and appetizing set of aromas.
There is gooseberry and vegetable freshness and some
sweetness of mirabelle plum, apricot and tangerine. In the
mouth nice balance is perceptible, there is a body and
needed freshness. It does not need to be accompanied
neither by food nor excuses. It is drunk lightly and with
gusto.

Château Ballan-Larquette Blanc Bordeaux AC wine
White dry French wine from Bordeaux’s region.
You will find in it the grafts of savignon blanc and semillon.
A family-run estate for several generations, at present
managed by Jean Claude Chaigne’a and his son, Regis. A
small modest 7-hectare vineyard, located in the subregion
of Entre-Deux-Mers. Underestimated, white bordeaux
shows the class. It is nicely composed, refreshing white
wine. Fresh vegetable and floral notes with hints of lemon
and gooseberry provided by sauvignion blanc. The last one
means ripe fruit and smooth texture on the tongue.

De Martino Estate Chardonnay Maipo Valley wine
White dry Chilean wine from Maipo valley region.
A lighter version of the South American chardonnay,
focused on the expression of fruitiness of this variety.
Manual, careful selection of grapes. Whole bunches are
pressed and no sulfur is used. Fermentation took place in
vats, only a third of the wine in barrels for secondary and
third seasoning. In the wine glasss wine glistens green and
goldish. It smells intensely citrus. In the palette pineapple
and grapefruit with a permanent aftertaste are palpable.
Medium build wine, refreshing and fresh. Perfect for
vegetable salads.

Miselle Rose Syrah Cotes de Gascogne VdP wine
Distinctive shiraz in the pink version, with sands and clays
of Gascony vineyards.
Summer refreshment, but also a companion to eating. The
bright, juicy color of wild strawberry with some orange
accents. Crisp and appetizing scents of raspberry,
pomegranate and strawberries. Fruity aftertaste at the end
takes on some spicy pepper taste, which even improves
drinking quality. Ideally tastes with dishes-based on
summer vegetables and grilled fish. You can also try it with
poultry seasoned with garlic and coriander.

Miselle Merlot-Tannat Côtes de Gascogne VdP wine
Red, dry French wine in which you find the grafts of merlot
and tannat.
Youthful and light wine, with a decidedly fruity character.
It comes from the exotic Gascony, from the heart of the Bas
Armagnac, the home of the famous distillate. Aged almost a
year in stainless steel tanks. Luscious aromas of forest
fruits with some spicy accents. On the palate, soft, airy and
fresh in flavor. Thanks to the graft of Tannat there is also a
little tannin in the wine. It matches fine with southern
European cold meats, especially severe, long maturing
ham, or for lighter cheeses.

Pio Del Ramo Betola Tito Jumilla DO wine
Red dry Spanish wine full of youthful vigor and fruit
character. Selection of the best fruit from younger
vineyards and steel vats faithfully reflect the characteristics
of each variety. Expressive, compelling aroma. Dark
berries with balsamic and spicy notes, herbs and spices ...
plump, crisp fruit on the palate. Smoked meats, smoked
fatty fish such as salmon, cod and tuna are to be served
with the wine. Eggplant baked with parmesan and
vegetarian cuisine are also recommended.

Domaine Bousquet Malbec Mendoza Tupungato wine
Red dry Argentinean wine coming from the region of
Tupungato-Menodza.
Juicy of fruit, elegant of tan and uncomplicated, authentic,
so just to be Argentine malbec. The one from Bousquet can
be a model! French winemaker hand planted in sandy soil
of Tupungato and after a few years showed his class, and
today, after a few decades, it is getting better and better!
The wine is harmonious, subtly supported by the barrel,
focuses on the expression of the fruit. Purple dress, slightly
smoky nose reveals notes of stone plums, sweet cherries
and cherries. In the mouth the wine is lively, juicy, slightly
astringent. Numerous awards rightly deserved.

Tosti Atelie Prosecco Extra Dry wine
Prosecco in a gentle and unassuming release.
The category sweets as extra dry determines semi-dry wine,
sometimes even slightly sweet in taste. Ideal for a drink
before a meal. This sort of prosecco can be given also to
the fresh fruit with mascarpone cheese and the salty sticks.
It has a subtle, floral aroma with touches of mandarin and
grapefruit. On the palate smooth, soft and pleasantly
refreshing.

Pliniana Due Mari Primitivo Dolce wine
Surprisingly tasty wine from the unpopular category of red
sweet among quality wines. Performs well in this role of
robust and tannic primitivo. Grapes are picked from over
thirty years old shrubs. A few months maturation in steel
tanks preserved the fresh aromas of the wine. One senses
strawberry and raspberry, in the background a little bit of
cinnamon. In the mouth the wine reveals a precious
balance between sweetness and tan. Good for dry pastry
with nuts and raisins, and figs, walnuts or roasted almonds,
or hard, ripened cheese of the pecorino type.

Sarga Borhaz Semi Sweet Tokaj wine
Clean and elegant wine with a moderate sweetness of
Tokay variety Hárslevelű. Delicate, pale straw hues color
and fantastically fresh, intense aroma. Among the
fragrances the leading notes of linden flowers and
elderberry are typical of the variety. On the palate it is
crisp with fruit, acid and subtly sweet. This light wine
fulfills its role as an aperitif at a party or you can compose
it with salads or fish.
