The headframes of the former mine of Winterslag are at the centre of this
sparkling site.
With more than 30 rooms scattered around the site, C-mine can cope
with anything: from a cosy meeting with a view of the spoil tips, a creative
workshop in the Creativity Loft or a fair with the industrial machinery
providing an original setting to an outdoor corporate function on the
C-mine square. Or a combination of all rooms for a congress across
the entire site.
Vennestraat is just a stone’s throw from C-mine. It is called the ‘Street
of the Senses’, because of the multi-culinary restaurants, bars and
traditional shops, alternated with surprising designer stores, galleries
and pop-ups. This way, you are immediately inspired to serve something

After the renovation of the premises, the Energy Building had a change
of use: it now houses the C-mine visitors’ centre, the C-mine expedition,
the C-mine cultural centre, the C-mine designer centre, a brasserie and
the beautiful “Barenzaal“ room. Plenty of impressive locations for your

C-mine crib is the metaphorical cradle of the C-mine site: it accomodates
more than 20 creative and innovative companies and supports them in
their growth. In addition to a range of (flexible) offices for entrepreneurs,

and working area of Pieter Stockmans, the internationally renowned
ceramicist who explores the boundaries of porcelain in his works. In his

‘guarded’ by the two old headframes of the mine. With approximately

This ecological building with its special architecture is situated near the
Old City in the Bokrijk open air museum. This is the only location in the
Euregio where a city is exclusively yours. Charm your guests by welcoming
them on the 17th century-city square and impress them afterwards with
creative food concepts by the in-house caterer aromaZZ. HANGAR58 has
one multifunctional room and is available throughout the seasons.
