Turkey Burgers with Avocado
Cream Sauce & Brussels Sprouts
Servings: 6
Directions
Ingredients
Cut sprouts into ¼ slices and cook in olive oil in a non-stick
pan on medium high heat for about 10 to 12 min., turning
while cooking.
Turkey Burgers
2 lbs. ground lean turkey,
white meat
1 ounce package of dry
onion mix
Salt & pepper to taste &
dash of Worcestershire
sauce
1 egg, beaten
½ C Greek yogurt
1 Tbsp finely chopped
rosemary
Mix burger ingredients in a medium size bowl. Pat into 6
patties. Cook on a non-stick pan for 3 to 4 min. on medium
high heat, turning once. Flip and cook on the other side
about 4 to 5 mins. To cook burgers on the grill, first brush
the grate with oil.
Mix mashed up avocados with remaining sauce
ingredients.
Use a wheat bun & top burger with 1 Tbsp of avocado
cream sauce and Brussels sprouts.

Avocado Cream Sauce
1 C lite mayo
½ C Greek yogurt
¼ C white vinegar
1/3 C stevia
1 or 2 avocados cut &
mashed up
Brussel Sprouts
20 to 25 Brussels sprouts
1 tsp of salt & pepper
1 ½ tbsp Old Bay
Kielbasa Sausage
Servings: 4
Directions
Set grill at 250 and put sausage on for 30 min. and
brush with soy sauce one time. Turnover for 30
more minutes & brush with soy sauce one time. Turn
heat off and cut sausage up in 1 inch pieces.
Cut up onions & peppers and cook in frying pan at
medium heat. Add worcestershire sauce, salt &
pepper & garlic powder. Cook for about 10 minutes.
Once done cover sausage with onions & peppers.

Ingredients
3 lbs. Kielbasa sausage
4 oz. soy sauce
1 onion
1 bell pepper
Salt & pepper
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
Greek Chicken
Servings: 4
Directions
Set grill at approximately 220 and sprinkle Greek
seasoning on one side of chicken for 40 min. and
turnover and sprinkle other side with seasoning for 20
min. Be sure to not overcook - 1 hr max. on cooking.

3 large skinless, boneless chicken breast cut into
about 1/2 inch slices, should be approximately 9
pieces of chicken and marinate for 8 hours in Italian
dressing.
