INTRODUCTION
 MERJS is a fast paced, increasingly acceptable Facilities
management company. The business was originally
established in London in 1980 to provide the highest levels of
quality service to our clients.
 In the State of Qatar, MERJS has been initially formulated as
a joint venture between MERJS who has more than 30 years
of experience in property and facilities management in
London, Real Estate Services Group in Qatar and Polyteck
Middle East.
 Currently, MERJSFM operates as a 100% Qatari owned
company under the patron ship of RESG, to cater the specific
requirements of the customers who are into real estate
business.

OUR PARENT COMPANY & ASSOCIATES
RSG is our parent company and Qatar’s most dynamic real estate
service provider. A premium real estate service conglomerate
playing a 360 degree set of roles as an Investor, Developer, Asset
Management, Property Management, and hospitality. RSG is
equipped with the state of the art technology and world class
talents to provide a portfolio of services through a single point of
contact.
DURAT AL DOHA’s development portfolio carries properties like
Imperial Towers, a five tower project under construction in Viva
Baharia, Pearl Qatar.
SAFIR HOTELS & RESORTS are located in eight countries within the
Middle East and North African countries. Safir Doha Hotel is one of
the ventures by our group managed by RSG.
MASHOUR REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT is currently developing 3
plots, Com-05, Mix-05 and Mix-11 in Marina District, Lusail City
under the management of RSG.
AL AMTHAL ENTERPRISES promotes RSG projects in a manner that
reflects for their high end, distinguished style. RSG introduced AL
Amthal in the year 2007.
ENGEL & VOLKERS is a German based company associated with us
for Property and Leasing management. The company is specialized
in high end residential and commercial properties.
ZAHER EL LAYMOUN and CAFÉ BLANC are the two master
franchise developments in progress. These franchises are part of
continuous growth of the group in the region.
