Many gains made after an initial training can be enhanced and improved upon by follow up coaching with feedback. Got Group will show how Motivational Interviewing skills and strategies are a natural fit with group models when the goal is lasting and incremental behavior change (Wagner & Ingersoll, 2012). This program offers an unique blend of advanced MI training and coaching with group facilitation strategies so that providers are modeling and building MI spirit and skills within themselves and also within the culture of the group members.
