FABRICATION CASE STUDIES

Indian Coast Guard on-time delivery
12 craft build in four stage pulse line with a tac-time of 12 weeks.
Each stage delivered to schedule with complete contract delivered ahead of schedule.

Special forces vehicle chassis fabrication
GHL assistance called in on a project where the delivery of chassis had fallen well behind
schedule. A new flow line was set up with balanced cells, improved tooling and quality
control. Throughput was doubled within 4 weeks and doubled again within another 4
weeks to recover deliveries.
