What Happens Between The ISTidbits ON EVERYONE’S LIPS Overheard. . . Didjanos. . . All The Buzzzzz! Vol. 6 No. 28 ❝ Cobblestones Library We could never get her out of the office… was just one of the many accolades heard as City Council honored and recognized Marian Delaney’s thirty-five years of service to the City with the passing of Resolution 2015-42. Anything financial, human relations, managing the inner workings of the City has had her thumb print on it. All attending members of City Council and officials praised Marian dedication and work ethic. Following the Town Hall ceremony everyone ventured to the administration building for a luncheon being joined by the Police officers and many City officials, fellow workers and friends throughout the community. Marian said a thank you to all and reminded us of being very camera shy. You have made the City a better place. ❝ WHAREF NC DA page 10 September 27, 2015 Look for ▶︎ m for links Opening Gala Third and Delaware Streets was never busier that last Friday evening for the opening of the Sunday Breakfast Mission/Kensey Johns, Jr Designer Show House The house will be open to the public through Nov. 8th.
