Established October 3, 1950, our
Friends of the Pleasant Hills Library is an
independent, non-profit group, whose mission
is to support the Pleasant Hills Library
with our fundraising efforts.
The Friends create public support and
assistance to ensure that the Pleasant Hills
Library can continue to engage the community
in literacy & learning at a time when
the Library is needed most.

and place inside the rear door entryway. The Library
does not have room to store donated items.

Brunch Storytime: Sat. May 14 @ 11:30 am
Ever wonder what your stuffed animals do while you’re
asleep? Drop your stuffed friends off on Fri. then come back
Sat. morning to see what kind of mischief they got into!

for the Library’s Summer Reading
Clubs and have some fun!
Your library offers clubs for
babies, preschool, elementary
readers, teens, and adults.
Mrs. Gealy with a favorite library patron!
Shirley Gealy will be retiring this year after
working for almost 20 years at the Library,
most currently as the Program Coordinator.
She isn’t going very far (yet) so you will still
see her around the Library, but if
you see her, wish her good luck!
A new program coordinator will be starting
soon, so watch for details to welcome the
Library’s newest staff member. Thank you for
your patience through this staffing transition.
