Think Papillio®, think fashion!
Yet at the same time, Papillio® stands for wearability and comfort. For 20 years we’ve proven
our ability to successfully deliver on all of these
fronts.
Our children’s designs are on pages 31 and 33
as well as 45-47. Here you will find cool owls for
trendy kids, high-energy boys’ styles and sweet
flowers for dainty girls. Some of the children’s
designs are available up to size 43.
For the Spring / Summer 2012 season our
designers have once again used latest trends as
their inspiration:
The number of soft footbed styles has expanded
further. They are recognisable by the usual soft
footbed symbol next to the shoe.
Peacock feathers in strong colours, intricately embroidered materials, the on-trend colour
coral, glossy leather and vintage blossoms
make up the key styles.
Black and white is always in and you will find
various interpretations – delicate tendrils or flowers, wild leopard prints or snakeskin and last
but not least, intertwined chains.
The comprehensive style summary on the last
pages also allows you to view all models.

The pretty, romantic part of the collection is
given over to Silvia Dias. Her collection ‘Silvia
‘
Dias – Voice of Papillio®’ begins on page 40
where you will also learn more about the upand-coming artist’s second album.
Once again we have made our most beautiful
designs available as a pre-pack. Details of the
packs can be found in our price list.
From page 49 we have toe-bar and twin strap
sandals in muted tones suitable for wearing
with a suit for the more fashion-conscious man.

Whether they are gentle ballads or powerful rock songs the up-and-coming artist
invests so much feeling in her songs that her

between Silvia Dias and Papillio® is equally

Silvia’s voice and personality, so she felt with

the 12th collection has now been prepared.
‘Silvia Dias – Voice of Papillio®’ includes
light pastel feminine tones combined with
contemporary floral patterns.
The new Silvia Dias album ‘YESTERDAY A DREAMER’ is now available
with its mix of exquisite ballads and
catchy rock songs.
Silvia is this year’s winner of the ‘Best
Voice 2011‘ Award presented at the
‘Musik Fach Awards’ in Frankfurt. An
international expert jury chose her for
the accolade with her new song ‘Any
Given Day’.
The first single, the heartfelt ‘Super
Day’ was available prior to release
on the film soundtrack for ‘Powder
Girl’ (with Ed Westwick and Brooke
Shields).

At the heart of our shoes is the orthopaedic footbed.
Each one is crafted by hand in Germany and carefully checked before it is made into a shoe. Exactly
why our footbeds are so good for your feet is explained here:
1 Footbed edging
The footbed edging is deliberately elevated to
protect your feet and especially the toes.
2 Toe-grip
The toe-grip provides support and helps assist
the foot’s natural rolling movement.
3 Cross arch support
The raised support in the centre of the shoe
promotes correct posture and helps prevent
fallen arches.
4 Suede leather lining
High-grade suede is used for a foot-friendly lining.
5 Inner and outer longitudinal arch support
The longitudinal arch supports on either side of
the shoe help balance the foot while walking.
6 Deep heel cup
The heel cup holds the heel securely and helps
anchor the foot.
The Right Width
As feet vary not only in length but also in width,
we offer many styles in two alternatives:

n for slightly broader feet.
Do look out for the width mark on each shoe.
