Executive Summary FAST TRACK GLOBAL is the doorway of opportunities and the window of ecommerce solution that serves as a hub to the expats community in Thailand. It is a collaboration of companies operating in Thailand that directly involves services for all expats in Thailand. It has started out as a single proprietorship company in 2009 wanting to make a difference in the logistics industry. Eventually, in less than a year, FTG was already at the forefront of bigger, more challenging undertakings. It was lead of the indefatigable exhibition team, handling 24/7 the ingress and egress of the various trade shows the company contracted. In due time, FTG became actively involved in agent coordination, establishing a modest network of domestic and international correspondents to ensure a smooth door-to-door cargo handling system, whether for export or import shipments. The Company believes that it has been the top exporter of Balikbayan Boxes and the ingress and egress of Thailand products to anywhere in the world for the past 5 calendar years. The Company’s two main operating segments comprise (a) Balikbayan Box; and (b) Export and Import Logistic Services. Balikbayan Box is the Company’s primary revenue driver, accounting for approximately 61%, 65% and 79%, respectively, of the Company’s service revenue for the years ended November 30, 2012, 2013 and 2014. The Company’s Logistics products are geared toward both Balikbayan Boxes and corporate clients, who accounted for approximately 85% and 15%, respectively, of the Company’s total service revenue from the Logistics segment in the year ended November 30, 2014. FTG strives to give a premier Door to Door Balikbayan Box service committed to excellence and customer satisfaction. Its main aim is to provide a friendly and reliable service giving our customer a peace of mind, knowing their cargo box is in safe hands. Trusted and proven - Since establishing in Thailand in January 2009, we have now shipped more than 200,000 Balikbayan boxes. A balikbayan box (literally "repatriate box") is a corrugated box containing items sent by overseas Filipinos (known as Balikbayans). Though often shipped by freight forwarder specializing in balikbayan boxes by sea, such boxes can be brought by Filipinos returning to the Philippines. New Venture Challenges The company’s short-term goal is to stabilize the partnership contract agreement with LBC Express (Luzon Brokerage Corporation). The “LBC” brand has gained significant recognition in the Philippines and among OFWs throughout the Company’s over 60-year operating history. LBC provides time-sensitive courier and cargo delivery services and the pioneer in 24-hour door-to-door delivery services in the Philippines, the Company has a long-established reputation for being a trustworthy and dependable provider of on-time deliveries of important goods and documents. Today, the Company believes that the “LBC” brand has become synonymous with top quality service. When the Company expanded into the remittance business in the early 1980s, the brand equity and goodwill of the trusted “LBC” brand contributed to the success of this new business. In addition to its extensive geographic reach and marketing efforts, the Company’s dedication to efficiency, reliability and general service excellence has earned it considerable goodwill and trust from its customers. For the year ended December 31, 2013, the Company had been the leader in the transport of Balikbayan Boxes, with a 55% market share in terms of units transferred, according to the number of shipment per week basis. The Company’s services are accessible to retail clients through its expansive domestic distribution network which, as of December 31, 2013, comprised 109 active distributors and sub offices covering nearly 70% of the total number of provinces in Thailand. The company’s warehouse at soi 33 Rama 9 is a free storage warehouse as a compliment by Handle InterFreight Logistic Co. Ltd under the positive approval of Ms. Nongkran Vannacharoen.
