ISACA Manila will make a full refund for any cancellations made on or before May 16, 2016, a 50% refund
will be granted to cancellations made from May 17 - June 1, 2016. No refund will be granted from June 2,
2016 onwards. For online payment, the amount that will be refunded includes a minimal transaction
processing charge. To initiate a refund, please contact ISACA Manila and mention the order number
indicated your order confirmation email.

A member delegate can be replaced by another member. In case a member delegate is replaced by a
non-member, the registration fee for non-members shall be applied and the new delegate will pay the

Manoj is a Manager within the Advisory practice of EY. He has more than eight years of experience in the IT industry which includes a hybrid
experience in Information Security Consulting, Security assessment, Cyber program management, Designing and implementing security and
network solutions, Security technology review and internal audits. He is well versed with globally accepted standards/ frameworks such as NIST
Cybersecurity Framework, ISO27001, ISO22301, ITIL/ISO 20000, PCI DSS and COBIT. He has also implemented Security Operations Center (SOC) for a
System Integrator.
As part of EY, he has lead multiples engagements that include ISO27001 framework development, IT security roadmap development, Technology

As a principal analyst on the I&O team, Robert focuses on driving the market toward a refined approach to software-defined
infrastructure development and delivery. He challenges thinking by applying DevOps and continuous delivery insights to
infrastructure and cloud to assist enterprises seeking to thrive in the age of the customer.
Spending more than 15 years in multiple roles at CA Technologies in business applications, product management, and product
strategy, Robert demonstrated an ability to predict changing trends in the domains of cloud computing, DevOps, service
assurance, cybersecurity, governance, and risk. He also advised organizations on their strategies to ensure they drove maximum
business value from their investments in technology-enabled business governance.
Robert has contributed to multiple framework and standards publications, including COBIT 4.0, 4.1, and COBIT 5; guidance for
Basel II, Risk IT, Val IT; and multiple mappings of COBIT to various frameworks and standards, including several ISO standards for
security, service management, and software asset management. He also served on the itSMF International Board, the board of
the itSMF USA, and multiple local chapters. Additionally, he served as a member of the ITIL Update Project Board for ITIL 2011
and in various roles in the development of ITIL v3.
Prior to his relocation to North America, he spent more than 15 years in the finance industry, successfully managing multiple
initiatives in both the technology and retail banking sectors related to infrastructure rationalization, security, service
management, and governance.

at the bank ranges from information systems implementation and project portfolio management at IT-related divisions to corporate loan and

stores, supermarket, hypermarket, and e-commerce. Before this, he worked with the telecom company in the same group focusing on the GRC of IT
and telecom networks. Peter has 15+ years of experiences in audit, IT governance, and information security. Besides, in the 2010 CISM exam, he got

serves as blueprint for the information security initiatives of ADB. He and his team are in charge of implementing appropriate security measures
and controls to protect ADB’s information assets.
Prior to ADB, Anthony has worked for Isla Lipana & Co./PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Manager delivering IT audit and IT consulting

auditing, information security, business continuity / disaster recovery, project management, corporate governance, and many other areas. He has
served in executive and consulting roles across a variety of industries -- finance, IT, mining, healthcare, automotive, etc.
Currently, he is taking time off from his corporate career to focus on his ambition to make knowledge of risk management available to a wider
audience. . . and to pursue his other ambition of becoming a boxer in the super lightweight division.
Prof. Yam is currently the Chairman and CEO of Focus Strategic Group Inc, a consulting firm providing Business and Technology advisory services,
with special focus on Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance, internal auditing, IT auditing, risk management and cyber-security. Prof. Yam served as the
International Vice President of ISACA International from 2004-2009, President of ISACA China Hong Kong Chapter, Chairperson of Hong Kong
Computer Soceity’s Information Security Specialist Group, Member and Chairperson of the Nominating Committee for ACIIA (Asian Confederation

Collin Penman joins Check Point with over 20 years’ experience in the IT Industry and 11 years within South East Asia Region. He is a veteran in IT
Security, holding former senior management roles in other technology companies such as IBM, Oracle, Salesforce.com and Telstra. Collin is an
active participant to technology changes, from secure telex machines into the 80’s, handcrafting firewalls and Netscape Web Servers in the early
90’s, encrypted LAN/WAN Defense technology projects, State and Federal Government Outsourcing through to today’s Cloud and Mobile Adoption.
He regularly is asked to present to Financial Institutions Board of Directors on Advanced Financial Malware, has had engagements in multiple South

Kok-Tin is a partner within PwC's Risk Assurance practice with over 12 years of experience in IT governance, cyber security strategy and framework,

Kok-Tin is extremely well versed in developing a holistic cyber security strategy, banking technology risk management guidelines and technical
review tools. He is also one of the co-author of many technology risk management guidelines issued by the financial regulator in Asia.
Kok-Tin is a Certified Chartered Account (CCA), Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) and Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
Anton has been working in the field of IT and Information Security for the past 15 years. He was one of the first Red Hat Linux Certified Engineers
(RHCE) in Philippines and became the youngest Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) in the Philippines in 2006. He is a
Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and was awarded with the CISM Top Scorer award for the December 2008 Examinations.
He has done extensive consulting work on Information Security and Open Source for multiple clients including various government agencies under
DCI and the Development Bank of the Philippines, the Liberal Party of the Philippines, and Dun & Bradstreet Philippines. He served as the Head of
IT Business Development and Solutions at Sun Cellular and was most recently the Global Head of Information Security at TELUS International where
he managed and led Information Security operations in multiple regions including the Philippines, Central America, USA, and Eastern Europe.

Mr. Apolonio “Apol” J. Salud Jr. is currently the Head for IT Infrastructure Products at Globe Telecom. Apol’s primary role is to manage the entire
product life cycle of Globe’s IT Infrastructure portfolio; and align its strategies and plans to drive revenue, profitability and performance. He also
ensures he standardization of products specifications and delivery of service levels to meet or exceed customer expectations. Furthermore, he is
also handling the overall relationships with service providers/partners to assess commercial relevance and feasibility infrastructure development
and expansion or enhancement projects.
Prior to joining Globe, Apol used to be a CIO of a Regional Online Gaming, Finance, Service Provider and IT Original Equipment manufacturing
(OEM). ITIL Certified, innovative, goal-oriented management professional with visible achievements in planning, developing, implementing leading
edge technological solutions to address business opportunities and facilitate corporate growth.

JJ is a graduate of Harvard University and is quite known in the firm as the brilliant and talented Technology law expert. As the first lawyer-member
of the Philippine Internet Commerce Society (PICS), he was actively involved in the lobbying efforts for the passage of the eCommerce Act (Republic
Act No. 8792). He personally drafted the eCommerce Act's Implementing Rules and Regulations under the supervision and control of an interagency task force committee co-chaired by the Department of Trade & Industry, Department of Budget and Management of the Bangko Sentral ng
Pilipinas. After graduating (Dean’s Medal) from the UP College of Law and placing 7th in the Bar Examinations, JJ has been continuously practicing
law since 1994. In 2004, he obtained a Degree in Masters of Law LLM from Harvard Law School. His areas of expertise are in Technology Law,
Corporate, Litigation and Intellectual Property. He has represented local and foreign clients in, among others, corporate, project finance, securities,
foreign investment, technology, telecommunications, Internet and eCommerce projects. JJ is also an Associate Professor in the UP College of Law
where he teaches, among others, a course on Cyberspace Law.

Mel is a Director at the Enterprise Risk Services – Information & Technology Risk practice of Navarro Amper & Co. (Deloitte Philippines). She has
over 12 years of professional work experience on IT Governance, Assurance and Implementation focusing on Business Continuity management,
Information Security Management System and project Management in the region. She leads the Technology Risk management Practice for the
Philippines. Prior to joining Deloitte, she had been engaged in a number of projects on Business Continuity, Data Protection, IT Audit and
Application Development and Support. She has helped a large commercial bank and software development houses to be CMMI compliant. She was
part of the Core Team of the first company who earned the BS25999 Certification in the Philippines wherein there were no non conformities cited
by the 3rd party assessors. Moreover, she established and led the Information Security and Business Continuity Group of a global IT Company
servicing majority of its clients from the financial services industry within Asia and Europe. She was also helped companies to align their security
implementation to PCIDSS. In addition to that, she also led the business and technology resiliency group of a multinational financial services
corporation in the Philippines making it compliant to ISO22301 standard and Circular 808.
