The site is located on the southwest corner of Slaughter Lane and MoPac (Loop 1).
Parkside Village consists of 80,000 total square. The project is anchored by a
34,000 square foot Alamo Drafthouse, a highly identifiable brand that provides
a unique combination of theater and full-service restaurant. Construction is
planned to commence in March 2009 and reach completion in January 2010.

Site Analysis
Parkside Village has an outstanding location at a heavily trafficked intersection
with a high degree of visibility. The site is located on the southwest corner of
Slaughter and MoPac (Loop 1). The gross area of the site is 23 acres. The actual
buildable area is 80,000 square feet.
Market Analysis
In addition to its desirable location and access to transportation corridors, the site
has excellent demographics within the trade area as well. Parkside Village is in the

heart of Circle C Ranch, a 4,000 residence community, which is one of the most
affluent suburban markets in Austin. The Circle C community has experienced
rapid population growth in recent years and growth is projected to continue.
