Message from the General
Manager, Heather Schramm
It is hard to believe that I have been
at Anthem Parkside for 6 weeks. Time
sure does fly. I have enjoyed getting
to know many of you during our Wine
and Dine events, Neighborhood Rep
Committee meetings, chatting on the
phone, and when I see you at the
Community Center. I spend a lot of
time out of my office making sure the
community is running smoothly. Other
than email and voice mail, there are
several avenues of communication you
can use to reach me. I do my best to
return emails and voice mails within
24 business hours. You may also fill out
a Comment Form on the portal as I
review these once a week and respond
appropriately. And feel free to reach
out to your neighborhood rep with
ideas or concerns.
During my brief tenure, we have started the Book Nook near the Parkside
Café. Thanks to Etta-Marie Colson for
spearheading this program. Remember
to drop off at least 5 books at the front
desk and receive a free guest pass.
We are also pleased to allow you to
play pickleball on the indoor basketball
court. Call the front desk to reserve
half court, bring your equipment, and
enjoy the game.
I look forward to working with each of
you to make Anthem Parkside the community you want it to be. Thank you
for welcoming me so warmly.

The Parkside
Community
Center will be
closing at 4 pm on
Thursday, August 19th for
an employee
appreciation event. 1
