Western Skies An exhibition of new
work by Kerry Artist Roisín McGuigan
Having always drawn inspiration
from the landscape, McGuigan's
current work looks at boundaries
within the landscape itself and
within contemporary landscape
painting. This exhibition of new work is
inspired by the skies and horizons of the
West Kerry coast. Alongside these paintings, McGuigan has also
produced a new digital video piece, inspired by the work of renowned
Irish artist Paul Henry, which has been part funded by Kerry County
Council's 2010 Artists Bursaries Scheme. This exhibition will run at
Siamsa Tire from 4th September to 23rd October. Tel: 066 71 23055
