result in cancellations. After March 1, a name is required at time of reservation for each room.
April 15 -
Deadline to submit a deposit by check. All reservations must be guaranteed with a
credit card; however, you may send a check by April 15 to pay the required deposit.
May 12 -
Deadline to cancel a reservation without penalty and to direct any changes to NRA
Show Official Housing. All changes after May 12 should be directed to the hotels.
