All our flags are sewn with twin needle industrial sewing machines finished with
all the correct header tapes,

All our printing is done in house on a
Roland FP-740 dye sublimation
inkjet printer. Which is an eco friendly
water based ink system.
We only print onto the best quality flag
material which is a 119 - 210gsm
knitted polyester. We can also print
onto fire-retardant flag material.

Lamppost Banner Brackets
The Flagpole Express range of post mount systems are
manufactured in house so we can construct brackets
to suit your requirements. Shown is a standard version
made from mild steel, etch primed and powder coated.
Constructed from fully welded mild steel each set
comes complete with stainless steel banding,
bracket, alignment screw and cable tie to secure the
banner, this is a fantastic quick and easy way to
display your banner, maximum recommended

Flexi Lamppost Arms
The key to the flex system is the ability to withstand high winds
while displaying large graphics. When the wind blows the force

Standard Banner Frame
Designed for outdoor or indoor use this type of banner frame is constructed from
aluminium box section. No screws or bolts, just simple and easy to use push fit
joints for effortless fast erection of frame.
Support legs are hinged to the frame uprights and can be anchored down with the
use of pegs; the frame then becomes tensioned when the banner is in place.
The maximum tube length is 1.8m so will easily fit into the back of a car.
The frames are made from 5ft x 3ft modules to give flexibility to
suit different size banners, and as always - because we fabricate all

Constructed from heavy duty 32mm diameter round aluminium tube our
heavy duty banner frames are fabricated to give a robust yet aesthetically pleasing
banner display system that will withstand the rigours of the outdoors. The system
features cast joints with allen key locking screws for easy secure fixing, made in
1.5m modular sections means they are light weight and easily transported.
Heavy duty modular banner frames are supplied with elasticised banner fixings,
ground pegs and an optional heavy duty carrying case.

Heavy duty elevated banner frames are constructed from heavy duty
