Company profile
Our company has been separated as a consequence of dynamic evolution of mother
company MAXTO, possessing 5 year tradition, forming since February 2008 independent
project-production entity. We realize projects from the teleinformatic and teletechnic
branches for public and private sector. Company activity is focused on delivering two
types of solutions: SIP (Public Information Systems) and Prison Guard.
For years MAXTO, our mother company, has been successfully delivering complex
informations, technology solutions for public as well as business sector customers. In
February 2008, Revotec has evolved into a separate R&D unit and focused on delivering

What is SIP?
Public Information System (Polish acronym SIP) is a unique solution for managing
information in public buildings and locations. In the modern world, where quick access to
information plays an important role, information kiosks and panels find countless
applications. They may present interactive advertisements, allow access to information,
support customer service and automate the customer service process, as well as increase
the prestige of institutions. Our Information kiosks and panels offer a wide variety of
designs, colors and personalization options.
What is Prison Guard?
Prison Guard solutions are dedicated for penitentiary facilities. They offer a broad
range of products such as intercom systems, radio centers and visiting area control
systems. High quality components and user friendly software interfaces assure long
lasting system performance and trouble-free exploitation. All the Prison Guard products

Application, products information
Intercom System is used for communication between the operator and separate rooms. This
system consist of switchboard which is operated by the operator, controllers and panels installed
inside the rooms.
Main system element is a switchboard CSD02. It ensure the voice contact between the
operator and a person who is located in a room with intercom panel. Switchboard enable f.ex.
recording of conversations on built-in hard drive, login of every happening, monitoring of additional
controllers. Device has a friendly, graphic user’s interface and ensure intuitive maintenance thanks to
a touchscreen.
KSD01 controller is used to operate intercom panel. Besides the panel, controller enables connecting
the cancellation of causing button, outside optical signalizing device and it have got universal entries
and exits, it allows getting additional system functionality (f.ex. cell highlighting). Controller is
situated in the perpendicular housing adjusted to installation on DIN 35 mm bus-bar in electric
switchgear. Thanks to its small housing width (merely 45 mm), used switchgears can be much
smaller and cheaper.
Intercom system panel PSD01 is intend for installation in the wall. The housing is made of powder
coated steel, while front plate is made of stainless steel with 2mm thickness. Thanks to application of
additional speaker and vandalproof buttons cover, the panel is very resistant to damages. In case of
cooperation with radio center system it is used one collective PSRD01 panel.

Modern radio centre solution for penitentiary facilities.
It's goal is to enable transmission of voice communicates
form one central point to remote rooms. It is fully
compatible with standard amplifiers and sound sources.
Several sources of sound (radio, cd, microphone station),

Application, products information
Radio center system is used for distribution of the sound signal from a central point to many
rooms. System consist of a few sound sources (radio, CD, microphone station), radio center
amplifier, clearway (audio line and report line) and connected to it controllers and panels.
KSR01 controller is a radio center system’s main element. Controller gets an audio signal
from a standard radio center clearway and send them to radio center panel on a speaker. Furthermore,
controller enables sound volume regulation in many ways:
- fluent regulation and fast stillness using the buttons on a panel;
- extortion of constant volume level for communicates;
- extortion of three volume levels by means of entries control.

Radio center panel PSR01 is connected with radio center system controller. The controller

Modern system allowing conversation between the

operator's supervision. The conversations can be recorded
on a built in hard drive. The system central is equipped with
a touchscreen panel and a user friendly interface.

Application, products information
Visiting area control system is used for maintenance of visiting area with a lack of physical
contact. Voice contact between visiting guests and prisoners is provided through a telephone
receivers. System operator equipped with headphone-microphones kit has got full control over
conversation progress and duration of the conversations. The system consists of a switchboard,
connected to it controllers with headphone and a time display. System is supervising maximally six
visiting areas. In every room can have two or three headphones and one or two time displays.
The system’s main element is a switchboard CSSW02. Switchboard allows for maintenance
of visiting area by one or two operators. Every one of them can begin and finish the conversations in
each rooms, listen and join in the chosen conversation as well as recording of the conversation on
built-in hard drive. At the given moment we can listen to any two conversations and record any two
conversations on a hard drive. It is possible to connect together two switchboards. Thanks to this the
number of visiting areas by single operator is increasing up to twelve.
Switchboards and time displays are situated in small, metal housings, designed for
installation on the wall. This devices requires its own power supply – it is taken directly from
a switchboard.

Application, products information
Superior task of control system is integration, monitoring and managing of every devices and
subsystems located in the building. In penitentiary usage it is a main element for security and access
control but also communicative or responsible for current media exploitation.
Visualization of the devices and subsystems status as well as current events is realized
through interactive graphic signs (icons) which represent system elements current state. Those icons
are corrected on a building plans, a storey or a functional drafts. Every actions taken by control
system can be carried out automatically according to previous defined algorithms or it can be
dependent on the operator’s decision.
Control system is a unit which ensure full using security, confidentiality and integrity in stored
data. System have a possibility of defining any number of the operators with definitely set access
rights to each elements and subsystems in tight defined time ranges. Every event which happened in
the system is recorded in real time in data base without possibility of deleting or modifying it.
Control system have a modular construction which ensure practically unlimited scalability.
Server is a central element of the system, on which is situated data base with registered events and
described relationships essential for system activity. To the server we can connect any number of
operating computers and drivers between the server and a controller, which helps in direct devices
controlling and contact with other subsystems.

Possibilities of controlling and integration
Control system main features are the possibility of full integration of independent subsystems
and devices located in the building in one coherent completed body. Thanks to this, events from one
subsystem can influence directly on other in any defined before way. When operator have got in one
place information about whole building he/she can easily take proper decisions, even in emergency
situations. He/she can also very easily open reason-result course in case of necessity of analyzing
such a situation (every events are recorded chronologically in one place), it have considerable
meaning in case of penitentiary application.
Advantage of cooperation and data exchange between access control subsystems, CCTV,
security circuit, alarm, fire or burglary signalizing is to provide unusual security level without
unnecessary involving of additional equipment and human energy. Subsystems integration of media
supplies (water, heating, lighting) moreover allows significantly to reduce exploitation costs of the
building. It is also kept for possibility of autonomic work in each subsystems so as to a random failure
or sabotage in one of them do not block the functioning of others.
Thanks to it scalability, control system can be built and implemented by a phases according to
it needs and investor’s financial capabilities. Each subsystems can be buttoned in any moment and
they do not have to be at once accepted in the project. There is also no stumbling block in connecting
already installed devices system at the place.
