KIDS DAY is an event intended to be a family day full of games and activity for the young and
young at heart. With food and entertainment for everyone – done in a way that blesses the
people of our community and honors the name of our Lord.
This year’s event is scheduled for Saturday, June 11th from 10am to 3pm at the Hudsonville
Fairgrounds. We will have the main buildings on the fairgrounds rented, so we can function
come rain or shine.
KIDS DAY 2016 Participation Options
___Run a game booth in the kid’s area. Your group supplies the game, prizes and people
to operate the game booth. Last year most groups had two shifts of two or three people
during the course of the event. This option is free.
(If you want to be out among the people of your community, this is the obvious
first choice.)
___Sponsor a game booth in the kid’s area. Your group may place signs, literature,
and/or freebies in the booth. JJM volunteers will provide the game, prizes and people.
Fee is $75.
___Be part of the event entertainment. We need singers, musicians, magicians, face
painters, kid show acts, puppet shows, or anyone who can entertain the families
attending the event. We would love to fill up our performance stage schedule! This
option is free. You provide all supplies needed.
___Be an event volunteer. We need people available for a multitude of jobs like running
booths, working in the food area, event set up and break down, housekeeping,
information, ticket sales, sign painting, etc. Please provide your information to Jim or
Tom at JJM Ministries.
___Sponsor the event. If your organization is not able to be onsite for the event, but
would like to be on all printed advertising materials this is a great option. Sponsorships
include everything in the “Sponsor a game booth” option listed above.
Fee is $150
