Elyria Regional Trade Zone.
The 86% occupied project also features Dick’s Sporting Goods, Jo-Ann

Home Depot and Target are shadow anchors. They are separately
owned and not part of the offering.
IHOP and Key Bank are on outlots. They are in the process of being

Elyria, Ohio is approximately 23 miles west of downtown Cleveland,
and is positioned along Interstate 80.
Midway Market Square is positioned immediately south of Midway
Mall (Madison Marquette), a 1.1 million square foot enclosed regional
