minimum orders:
Opening orders are $200.00. Subsequent orders must total $100.00 or more.
First-time orders must be paid by credit card or prepayment check. We accept Visa, MasterCard,
American Express, and Discover. Sorry, C.O.D. is not available. For those customers requesting Net 30
terms: We will check your credit if requested once 3 orders are placed in a year’s time and the orders
together total $1000.00 or more. Net 30 terms are at the discretion of Objects of Desire, granted upon
approval of our Credit Dept. and Factor.

All prices are subject to change without notice.
shipping:
All orders are F.O.B Pittsburg, CA and shipped via U.P.S. ground unless otherwise specified. We will do
our best to ship your order complete. Please note that U.P.S. will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. For Hawaii,
Alaska, and Puerto Rico we will ship the least expensive level of service.
Backorders:
We ship all backorders under the same payment terms as the original shipment. Backorders will only
be cancelled if requested.
returns:
All sales are final. Objects of Desire packs your orders very carefully. However, all shipments should be
inspected upon arrival and any damages or shortages reported to Objects of Desire with in 5 days of
receipt of your order. Please retain the original shipping carton and packing material for U.P.S. damage
inspection. Returned merchandise will not be accepted without prior authorization.
Product Quality:
We stand behind the quality of every one of our products. Please remember that all of our products are
handmade in the U.S.A. Variations in color and finish is to be expected when using any of our imported,
hand loomed fabrics.
Production time:
Objects of Desire is a “JIT “manufacturer (just in time). Because of our extensive product line and
personalization of our products, we do not stock our items. Please allow up to 3 weeks production time
for your order. Since our products are hand crafted and not mass-produced, production times during
certain times of the year may vary. If you have a rush order for a customer or special event, please let
us know. We will do our very best to get it to you in time for the event.
