Law Enforcement Sensitive Save our children…RFA/RFI messaging to law enforcement DHS and Nlets partnership to send electronic administrative messages and photos to all law enforcement: • Request to identify and locate child victims and suspects for Homeland Security Investigations Child Exploitation Investigations Unit and U.S. federal, tribal, state and local law enforcement and Canadian law enforcement; • Messages contain photos to aid law enforcement in identifying and locating the victim, surroundings, and suspect; • Messages provide a means for electronic dissemination and response to/from law enforcement 24 hours a day, seven days a week. October 2011 • An RFA/RFI to identify and locate a crimes against children suspect was disseminated via email to sharing partners. Sharing partners further disseminated RFA/RFI to ICAC. • Responses received led to location and arrest of the suspect and provided de-confliction for law enforcement agencies involved in the same investigation. 22 Law Enforcement Sensitive Contact Information DHS Law Enforcement Information Sharing Initiative DHS-LEISI@dhs.gov Law Enforcement Sensitive
