Made from 50-year-old vines planted in limestone and clay soils. A delightful bouquet of caramelized honeyed grapefruit, white currants and other assorted citrus jumps from the glass of this crisp, dry, medium-bodied white. Full-flavored and textured with subtle notes of stone fruit, kiwi and lemon-lime. The acidity has an electricity and bubbliness that almost make it come alive. Light citrus yellow spicy, peppery, bright green apple and even exotic notes like grapefruit; fresh acid structure plays a crucial role for the mouthfeel and makes this a very pleasurable wine to drink. Straw yellow with greenish hues, with hints of grapefruit, candied fruit and fresh herbs, green apples, and minerals. It is full-bodied, well balanced, highlighting the aromas of citrus and green apple, long and persistent finish. Straw yellow with green reflections, intense perfume of delicate white flowers tropical fruit and Bartlett pear that carry through to the savory palate. Bright acidity gives it a clean, refreshing finish. Floral notes of rose along with hints of grapefruit, the finish is fresh, offering notes of watermelon candy and great aromatics.
