Sensei Jerome Marchand (godan – DNBK member) has organised an aikiken
seminar in the west of Ireland every year since 2008. Classes are heldoutdoors on the
beach or indoors in poor weather.
In May 2013 Sensei Marchand will give a seminar based in Doorus, Kinvara, Co.
Galway. Early morning classes will be held on Traught Beach or in the nearby Doorus
Dojo (www.kiaikido.net) in poor weather.
Cost : full seminar €60 (five classes) / €15 per lesson.
The Breacan house B+B has offered a rate of €30/night including
full breakfast (about a 10 minute walk or 3 minute drive to the beach and 15minute walk or 5 minute drive to the Dojo).
