PELLER ESTATES WINERY OR TRIUS WINERY AT HILLEBRAND

their gold medal wines.
Trius Winery at Hillebrand - 30 years of quality VQA wine
production that is complemented with a dedicated underground
sparkling cellar with over 300,000 bottle aging.
Upon arrival guests will enjoy a sparkling wine reception and
a grand tour of the production facilty, winery and barrel cellar
followed by a tasting flight of three premium wines. Guests will also
enjoy a three course, à la carte lunch at your own private table at:
Oban Inn, Ravine Vineyard Estate Winery, Peller Estates Winery or
Trius Winery at Hillebrand.
REIF ESTATE WINERY
One of the first wineries to produce estate bottled wines from their
125 acre vineyard. Reif offers the Blind Tasting Experience at the
Sensory Wine Bar where you try to guess and evaluate the wine by
smell and taste only in black Spiegalau tasting glasses. A great way
to test your senses and compare the subtle tones that make up this
great wine.
PONDVIEW ESTATE WINERY
A smaller family owned and operated winery with Italian heritage
earned the prestigious title of “Grape King” by the Ministry of
Agriculture to the finest vineyard operator in Ontario.
Our guests will enjoy five premium wines from the Bella Terra
collection including an icewine presented in the Tank and Barrel
Cellar paired with five Artisan Cheeses from across Canada
finishing off with an icewine shooter in a chocolate cup.
PILLITTERI ESTATES WINERY
The largest Estate Icewine producer and holds more than 700 wine
awards at both domestic and international competitions.
Our guests will receive the ‘Icewine Experience”, a tasting flight of
three icewines including the rare red Icewine with chocolate truffles.
