212 West 10th Street Friday, APRIL 24 5:30pm–10:30 pm Saturday, April 25 2pm–7pm WWW.STUTZARTISTS.COM the Stutz Bearcat is among the first American Sports cars and was once manufactured in our historic building. Stutz hood ornaments (illustrated above) were made from 1926–1935. T Welcome from the Stutz Artists association he Stutz Artists Association is very proud to welcome everyone to the 22nd Annual Raymond James Stutz Artists Open House. Here at the historic Stutz Building, we have the largest collection of artists under one roof in the Midwest. All this creativity translates into many wonderful treasures to experience, not only at this annual open house, but also every weekday at the Raymond James Stutz Art Gallery and monthly IDADA First Friday Art Tour events. We invite you to explore the studios of the Stutz and help us celebrate the wonderful and diverse arts community that we have right here in Indianapolis. O Bonnie Fillenwarth, President, Stutz Artists Association FROM OUR SPONSOR, RAYMOND JAMES® n behalf of our many financial advisors and associates in the Indianapolis community, I am excited that Raymond James is once again the title sponsor of the 22nd Annual Stutz Artists Open House. Our sponsorship of this important celebration of the arts began in 2010, but Raymond James’ commitment to our communities, and specifically to the arts, extends throughout the history of our firm. In fact, our headquarters in St. Petersburg, Florida, houses one of the most extensive collections of American art in the country—the personal collection of our chairman, Tom James, who is kind enough to share his love of the arts with our advisors, associates and clients. I’m happy to pass along that spirit of embracing art and the artists who create it, and to be part of this growing art event in Indianapolis. I hope you enjoy the open house! W Tash Elwyn, President, Raymond James & Associates FROM THE DESK OF TURNER WOODARD elcome to our 22nd Annual Raymond James Stutz Artists Open House. It is with great appreciation that we once again welcome back Raymond James & Associates as a proud sponsor. This weekend you will have the opportunity to tour this wonderful turnof-the-century automobile factory that now is the home to over 200 tenants—many of them artists and creative businesses. I believe that the real joy of these next two days is the opportunity not only to meet and greet the many wonderful and talented artists that reside here in our Stutz Factory, but it is a rare opportunity to be able to visit them in their actual working studios—this is why the Stutz Open House was created. Again welcome, and on behalf of the Stutz Artists Association and the Stutz Management Team, enjoy your hours here at the factory and remember there is great joy in buying local art! Turner Woodard, Owner since 1992 VISIT THE STUTZ ALL YEAR LONG! The Raymond James Stutz Art Gallery features a new exhibit each month and is open weekdays from 11 am – 2 pm and by appointment. These monthly gallery exhibitions kick off with an opening reception during the IDADA First Friday Art Tours from 5-9 pm. Extended First Friday Open Studios are scheduled for August and December 2015. Come back and see new art each month! For more information, visit www.stutzartists.com.
