Wefinancially support the WGMC because - Will
ducate E Educate Engage We Engage financially support the WGMC because … God has blessed our family and we want to “pay it forward.” We have been so fortunate to have steady jobs that provide health insurance. We believe it is vital for everyone to receive quality medical care in a timely manner. The WGMC provides this type of care for families in our community. The effort is important to our community because … Many families are unable to afford the high cost of health insurance and go without basic medical care for themselves in order to pay the rent and buy food to put on the table. We are all part of this community and we need to step up to the plate to help the Clinic provide needed medical services. We need to help families who have fallen on hard times receive basic medical care. We need to support the great work the dedicated volunteer staff of the WGMC provides every day. Because life is so unpredictable, any one of us could end up in need and it is wonderful to know that the Clinic will be here as long as our community continues to support this program. We encourage people to support the Clinic because … You do not have to be a millionaire to provide support to the WGMC. Just give from the heart. Your gift will benefit our community family in huge ways. You will get a great night’s sleep knowing that you have helped make it possible for someone to receive medical care who would have gone without it because of circumstances beyond their control. You may even be saving a life! mpower mpower E E Kim and Dave Cast Graphic design and layout donated by Sidney F. The Clinic does this by engaging, educating and empowering patients to be proactive in maintaining their own health. You may be aware that Congress is working on healthcare reform legislation. Even if a bill is approved, we are told that it could be up to four years before the new legislation would be implemented. As a result, people will continue to depend upon the Clinic to provide the care that they desperately need. Last year, the Clinic implemented its first-ever Annual Appeal. We are pleased and grateful for the wonderful support we received. Now we are asking for your help again. We appreciate gifts in any amount. No donation is too small. Those contributors who are able to offer gifts of $1,000+ per year will be acknowledged as Health Care Champions in our yearly report and at Clinic events. Please accept our invitation to help us provide the “gift of health” those who have no options for healthcare. mpower mpower E E E With gratitude, J. D. Volunteering at the Clinic allows me to use my education to help those who often do not have access to medical care. Also, it is a pleasure to spend time with the caring and compassionate staff of the Clinic. Their talent and hard work allow us physicians to give back something for all that we have been given.
