Dad’s Mobile Home Service
repairs manufactured homes
Dad’s Mobile Home Service and Repair offers exclusively to mobile home
owners, a full line of knowledge and service. We are factory trained & Certified and not afraid of the Okanagan spiders.
Mobile homes have a significant different maintenance program than a home
built on a foundation. The services we offer are level reports, re-levelling,
skirt packages, small renovations such as sky light repairs, roof leaks, door
adjustments and belly repairs.
Winter packages are a great inexpensive way to ensure that you won't be left
out in the cold. We also provide a detailed pre-purchase home inspection,
which includes getting down under the home and inspecting the complete under carriage as well as the interior of the home.
We look forward to serving the Westbank/Kelowna area. Our Motto is. If you
like our work... tell your friends. If you don’t...tell us. Contact Dave Sheffield

How to keep your employees motivated
Would you be surprised to
know that the top motivator of
employee satisfaction isn't
cash?
According to a recent Council
of Communication Management
survey, the best way to motivate
your employees is to reward
them by recognizing a job well
done.
While money is important,
what tends to motivate employees is the thoughtful, personal
and creative recognition that
comes directly from you.
Numerous studies show that
motivation is especially
stronger if your recognition creates a story the employee can
tell to family, friends and associates for years to come.
Here are a few suggestions:
■ Give your employees a
handmade thank you card to acknowledge an accomplishment
■ Take your employees for a
round of golf
■ Celebrate your employees’
anniversaries with the company
■ Grant an afternoon or day
off with pay
■ Have lunch or coffee with
your employee
■ Bring in a batch of chocolate chip cookies
■ Treat your employees to a
professional massage
■ Credit your employees
openly for their great ideas
■ Acknowledge birthdays
with a card and flowers
Rosabeth Moss Kanter, author
and management consultant,
said, “Compensation is a right;
recognition is a gift.” Your employees will value that recognition.
