About Us
The Harris County Healthcare Alliance, together with Community Health Choice, offers the TexHealth Harris
County 3-Share Plan, designed to offer affordable health benefits for uninsured employees of small businesses
in the county.
The TexHealth Harris County 3-Share Plan is designed for small business owners who have been unable to
provide health coverage to their employees due to high premiums and administrative costs. The cost of the plan is
split three ways among the employer, the employee and a community-funded subsidy.
In addition to significant cost savings, the TexHealth Harris County 3-Share Plan offers a full array
of benefits and an extensive Provider network to ensure that you get the care you need when you need it most.
The plans are designed to emphasize primary and preventive care and wellness but include a range of other basic
services including hospitalization, specialty care and mental health.
