Wrest Point Conference Centre has an
exhibition Trade Co-ordinator on staff who will
deal directly with exhibitors regarding
arrangements for their booths or site. This
service is offered at no cost as a value added
inclusion. Additional services can be organised
including extra power, catering, phone/data
lines and, through our extensive contacts with
equipment hire companies, we can arrange
the supply of additional furniture, plants, and
display equipment.

GENERAL INFORMATION
Please be aware of the following:
1. All prices are current at the time/date of
publication; however Wrest Point reserves
the right to change prices and content due
to market conditions. Prices include Goods
& Services Tax.
2. A 50/50 alternate drop menu option is
available at an additional cost of $6.00
per person. Please discuss your
requirements
with your Event Coordinator.
3. Seated luncheons are available at a
charge
of an additional $5 per person.
4. Choice menus are available at an
additional cost of 25%. Maximum of 2
choices per course.
5. Catering for vegetarians and special diets
is our pleasure. Please advise your
co-ordinator of these numbers when final
numbers are advised. Please note that
many of our dishes may contain nuts or
traces of nuts. Ensure you advise your
co-ordinator of your guests’
food allergies or intolerances.
6. A labour charge of $4.00 per guest per
hour, or part thereof, will apply if a function
continues after midnight. The charge will
be calculated on the confirmed original
number
of guests.
7. We require a guaranteed minimum number
of guest to be specified by the client 72
hours prior to the function. If numbers
decrease within the 72-hour period, there
will be no reduction in cost.
8. A 15% surcharge on the total food and
beverage is applicable to functions held
on Sundays and public holidays.
9. All function details, final costings, etc.,
should be arranged with the Event
Co-ordinator approximately thirty (30)
days prior to the function date. These
details will be entered into the Event Order
for your confirmation signature.
10.Wrest Point cannot accept any
responsibility for damage or loss of
material, equipment or items brought into
the conference centre prior to, during or
after a function.
11. Hotel policy does not permit clients, guests
or other persons to bring food and
beverages onto the premises.
12. These conditions are not exhaustive and
should be read in conjunction with the
Terms and Conditions in the Event
Contract.
13. Minimum 3 course menu price is $63.00
per person.
14.All prices contained herein are a per
person price.
15. Buffet dinner menus generally require
a minimum of 50 guests.
