Centers (VPC) provide a complete range of services to automotive
and equipment manufacturers.
High & Heavy Processing
The 30,000 sf Baltimore High & Heavy VPC can handle all services
from basic inspections to full mechanical and hydraulic modifications.
The facility includes a Repair Center for heavy machinery, a workshop
for modifications and inspections, a washing bay, and a 10,000 sf
Parts & Inventory Control Center.
Automobile Processing
WWL’s 50,000 sf state-of-the-art Automobile VPC at Baltimore is
designed to maximize efficiency and minimize environmental impact.
The facility, with a capacity of 100,000 units a year, provides services
such as inspections, accessory installation and quality campaigns. It
includes a car wash facility that can process 500 cars daily. The facility
also includes an 11,000 sf Body & Paint Shop, and 10,000 sf Ports &
Inventory Control Center.
The two VPCs are centrally located in the Port of Baltimore, the
East Coast’s #1 port for roll-on roll-off cargo and #2 port for
automobile exports. WWL’s Baltimore facilities offer seamless
connections between our Technical Services, Terminal Handling,
Supply Chain Management and Inland distribution, and are fully
integrated with our global ocean transportation network.
