August in Oklahoma is usually our
hottest month. Please remember to stay
hydrated and in the shade as much as
possible. Also our fabulous, unique pools
are another way to stay cool. Please enjoy
the pools responsibly and read and follow
all pool rules. Don’t forget your pool
passes. If you do not have a pool pass, feel
free to drop by the office to pick one up.
Cigarette Butts
Please do not throw cigarette butts and
other trash onto the grounds and parking
lots. This is very unsightly. While we
appreciate those of you who do not smoke
inside of your apartments, we pick up
many, many cigarette butts from the
grounds each day. Please keep a butt can
on your patio or balcony for you and your
guests to use when smoking outdoors.
Everything you do to help keep the
property clean frees up our staff to better
serve your maintenance needs. Take pride
in our community! We appreciate your help!

we would love for you to “like” us. Please
go to www.facebook.com and open a free
account, if you don’t already have one.
Then, in the facebook search bar, enter

page. Once you like us, you will be able to
see all of our postings, events, pictures and
more. We hope that you enjoy it!
Newsletter Input
Each month, different residents contact
us about things that they would like to see
mentioned in the newsletter. Please feel
free to contact the office if you have
something in particular that you would like
to see that is property related. We may
not be able to use all of the ideas and
suggestions, but we’ll use as many as we
can. We encourage resident feedback as
we feel that this can only make Lincoln
Glens an even better place to live.

Stop by the office and pick up some flyers to
take to work and leave in your break room. If
someone brings in the flyer with your name on it,
you get $100 off your next month’s rent after our
new resident moves in—just a little bit of effort
could turn into a large amount of savings.
