Changes to By Laws
Proposed changes to Lake Sinissippi Association Constitution and By
Laws. Changes involve membership definition and clarification of dues, see
below. Other changes in grammar and legal wording do not affect the
original intention of the currently approved Lake Sinissippi Association
Constitution and By Laws. All proposed changes, additions and deletions
can be viewed at http://www.sinissippi.org/bylaws.aspx
Change
•
An applicant to full membership in this corporation must:
1. Be a person, or persons, who own property on, reside on, or reside within one mile of
Lake Sinissippi or the Rock River between Hustisford and the Horicon dam ; or
2. Be a person, corporation or organization who has an interest in the stewardship of
Lake Sinissippi, regardless of residence or location.
Change
•
Each member shall pay annual dues as set by the Board of Directors. Regular
membership dues shall be a minimum of $25.00. Special levels of membership
at greater dues levels may be set by the Board of Directors.

Rock River Trail
• The National Park Service on April 4th
designated Rock River Water Trail into in the
National Water Trail System by Secretary of the
US Department of Interior, Ken Salazar
• Having a national recreation trail in our
community has both recreational and economic
potential
• The Village of Hustisford is one of the 48
municipalities along the 320 miles of the river
supporting the trail system
