Changes involve membership definition and clarification of dues, see below. Other changes in grammar and legal wording do not affect the original intention of the currently approved Lake Sinissippi Association Constitution and By Laws. All proposed changes, additions and deletions can be viewed at http://www.sinissippi.org/bylaws.aspx Change • An applicant to full membership in this corporation must: 1. Be a person, or persons, who own property on, reside on, or reside within one mile of Lake Sinissippi or the Rock River between Hustisford and the Horicon dam ; or 2. Be a person, corporation or organization who has an interest in the stewardship of Lake Sinissippi, regardless of residence or location. Change • Each member shall pay annual dues as set by the Board of Directors. Regular membership dues shall be a minimum of $25.00. Special levels of membership at greater dues levels may be set by the Board of Directors.
