Ford World Men’s Curling at the Parade of Lights We’re four short months away before the first stone is thrown at the 2015 Ford World Men’s Curling Championship. Recently at the Chronicle Herald’s Parade of Lights we let all of Halifax know that it’s not just Santa that’s coming to town! Community Events Volunteers and Junior Curlers from local clubs participated in the 19th annual Parade, creating exposure for the Ford Worlds and letting residents know where they can get their tickets to this great event! The Event Office would like to send a massive thank you to all the volunteers and Junior Curlers who braved the cold to help promote the Ford Worlds! ____________________________________Media Partner Profiles_____________________________________ Q104. Volunteers?
It is surprising how far individuals will
travel to volunteer at the 2015 Ford
World Men’s Curling Championship.
The Host Committee is still in need of
a few local volunteers willing to open
their homes to out-of-town volunteers
for the duration of the championship.
Interested participants can contact
